Chigwell 22-year-old charged by police after allegedly being found with Class A drugs, knives and a shotgun

Essex Police officers heading up a crackdown on drug dealers have charged a 22-year-old from Chigwell with a number of drugs and weapons offences.

On Friday, August 17, Jimmy Mukendi, of Manford Way, Chigwell, was charged with possession with intent to supply heroin and crack cocaine, possession of a firearm, possession of ammunition and two charges of possession of a knife in a public place.

He has been remanded to appear at Basildon Magistrates’ Court later today (Monday, August 20).

Police officers stopped a vehicle in West Thurrock Way, Grays, at around 8.30pm on Friday, August 17, and allegedly found drugs, knives, a shotgun and ammunition.
