Cakes and Shakes shooting victim James Bryant out of hospital
The victim of the daytime shooting at the Cakes and Shakes shop in High Road, Woodford Green, has been released from hospital.
James Bryant, the co-owner of the ice-cream parlour, left hospital on Wednesday.
He suffered serious injuries after being shot on November 14 and was fighting for his life in the days following the attack.
Police decided on Wednesday to take no further action against three men who had been arrested in connection with the shooting.
Temidire Owolabi, 21, of Grays, Essex, is charged with attempted murder, possession of a shotgun with intent to danger life and possession of a firearm with intent to danger life.
