Despite Father Christmas’ hectic and busy schedule at this time of year, he was able to squeeze a quick visit to a Goodmayes hospital.
Youngsters on the Clover Ward and Children’s Outpatients welcomed the special visitor to King George Hospital, Barley Lane. Goodmayes on Thursday.
Children were able to have their photograph taken while also getting an early Christmas present and sweet at the same time.
Lynne Clark, play specialist on the ward, said: “The children were so excited, it was great to see all the smiles on their faces.”
The visit was organised by King George and Queen’s Hospitals Charity.
