A Come Dine With Me style banquet for 30 people in Barkingside is aiming to raise £3,000 for a children’s hospice.
Victoria Barton-Fisher is offering to cook a huge three-course feast on February 22 and another in March to benefit Haven House.
She is also doing cake sales and other fundraising over the coming month for the hospice based in High Road, Woodford Green.
Victoria said: “I’m doing it in memory of a friend, I just want to raise as much money as possible.”
