The skull, believed to be from a goat or a sheep, was found floating in the stream from South Park, in South Park Terrace, Ilford, yesterday.

Redbridge Council enforcement officers were seen clearing the site this morning.

A woman who lives in the street, but wished not to be named, said: “It made me feel sick, I was really frightened. I have had enough with the fly-tipping and people dumping waste around here – this is fly-tipping at its worst.”
