Police investigate alleged sexual assault of woman, 20, at Faces nightclub in Gants Hill

A 20-year-woman was allegedly sexually assaulted at Faces nightclub in Gants Hill and at an east London hotel on the same night.

Police are investigating two allegations, made by third parties, that a woman was sexually assaulted twice in the early hours of Friday (November 30).

The first incident reportedly took place at the Cranbrook Road nightclub.

The same woman is said to have been sexually assaulted a second time at a hotel in east London, the location of which police do not wish to dislcose at this time, on the same morning.

Police have also received a separate allegation of malicious communications from a 21-year-old male with regards a video circulating online in relation to the incident.

A Met Police spokesman said: “There have been no arrests.

“Officers from the East Area Command Unit lead.

“Inquiries continue.”
