A woman has been taken to hospital after her car crashed through a brick wall into back gardens in Barkingside this afternoon.
The London Air Ambulance landed outside the Fairlop Oak, in Fencepiece Road, after the accident around 5.30pm.
A witness, who did not want to be named, said: “I don’t know why but she landed her car in the back wall of the car park.
“I went through into the back gardens of the houses and knocked the wall down.”
A London Ambulance Service spokesman said: “We treated a woman, reported to be in her 30s, and took her to Queen’s Hospital by road ambulance.”
