An incident at Redbridge roundabout involving at least two cars resulted in the closure of the Eastern Avenue westbound at Redbridge Lane West last night.
The incident is thought to have taken place at around 7.30pm.
Traffic wishing to turn off the roundabout on to the westbound exit were diverted by police.
Ilford police say they have no further information on the incident.
