The A12 going southbound has re-opened after a lorry shed its load this morning.

Police were called at 11.48am to the incident spot on the A12, just past the Wanstead turn off at the Redbridge Roundabout following reports palettes were scattered across the three lanes.

The road has been re-opened after being closed for nearly two hours between 12pm and 2pm.

Congestion has formed going towards the Redbridge Roundabout and traffic is at a standstill.
