There have been jubilant scenes, as well as some tears, at schools across Redbridge today as students opened their A-level results after weeks of waiting.
At Catherham High Scool, Caterham Avenue, Clayhall a set of triplets nervously opened their results, while a fellow student chalked up an A and two Bs.
Despite pining for straight As, he is off to King’s College London to study medicine.
At Ilford County High School, Fremantle Road, Barkingside, some high-achieving students have their sights set on Oxford or Cambridge.
