A vibrant celebration of culture and tradition brought together women of all ages for a day of fun and festivity.
Teeyan Da Mela took place at Melbourne Fields in Valentines Park, filled with music, dancing and colourful traditional attire on August 9.
The event is a traditional Punjabi festival marking the arrival of the monsoon season. It is dedicated to women and features singing, dancing, and the celebration of Punjabi culture.

Palwinder Kaur Raju, event organiser, said: "Teeyan Da Mela is about bringing women together to celebrate our Punjabi culture, traditions and sense of community.
"It was wonderful to see women of all ages taking part, particularly younger generations who are keeping these traditions alive here in Redbridge. We are very grateful to everyone who came along and supported the event.
"Seeing so many women celebrating together in the heart of Valentines Park made it a very special afternoon."
The gathering drew a crowd, including Deputy Mayor of Redbridge Cllr Syeda Choudhury, Ilford South MP Jas Athwal, Redbridge Council leader Cllr Kam Rai, and cllrs Prabjit Gurm (Goodmayes), Sunny Brar (Newbury), and Nav Johal (Seven Kings).
Attendees enjoyed traditional Punjabi music, singing and dancing throughout the afternoon.
