Six sets of twins took on a community challenge with a difference—raising thousands to help children and families.
Known as the Twin-Incredibles, the group raised £4,000 for Haven House Children’s Hospice by completing its annual 10km Sparkle Walk on June 6.
The team brought together 13 children and their mums from South Woodford, Chingford, and Buckhurst Hill.

Amy Pearson, a Haven House trustee and one of the mums behind the Twin-Incredibles, said: "We're all local families who met when our twins were tiny babies.
"We share similar values and thought it would be wonderful to take part in the Sparkle Walk together and include our children."
On the night, the Twin-Incredibles had the honour of officially starting the event, cutting the ribbon before joining hundreds of fellow walkers on the route.
The participating twins were Jack and Kitty Pearson, Chloe and Millie Warwick, Sam and Hattie Davies, Lily and Charlie Winter, Jack and Katie Bell, and Rebecca and Tamsin Smith, along with Katie Bell's younger sister Sophie.
All six sets of twins were born within three months of each other and the Sparkle Walk marked the first time the entire group had been together in five years.
Amy said: "The walk was a great way of doing something positive for our community while bringing the children back together. It was lovely to see them reconnect and support one another throughout the challenge."
The £4,000 total was raised through sponsorship from friends, family, and colleagues.
Jack Pearson said: "It felt like a real achievement. Everyone was cheering us and there was music playing, so I felt really proud."
The group was amazed by the response, Amy added.
"When we started, we never imagined we would raise this much money, but people have been incredibly generous.
"There is a lot of love for the work Haven House does in our community and the children are really proud of what they've achieved."
Around 300 people took part in this year’s Sparkle Walk, raising crucial funds for the children’s hospice.
Haven House supports seriously ill babies, children, and young people across north-east London, west Essex, and east Hertfordshire with specialist care, therapies, respite, and family support.
Justin Derbyshire, chief executive of Haven House, said: "The Twin-Incredibles brought so much energy, enthusiasm and joy to this year's Sparkle Walk."
