Elizabeth line and DLR facing May bank holiday closures

The Elizabeth line, Liberty line and DLR are all facing closures on the first May bank holiday weekend.

A number of London Underground and Overground lines will be hit with planned engineering works on the first May bank holiday weekend, including several routes affecting east London.

Most of the track closures will impact east London passengers on Sunday, May 3, however parts of the DLR will be closed all weekend.

Below is a rundown of all the closures affecting east London stations.

Elizabeth line and other east London closures over May bank holiday

DLR

  • Saturday, May 2 to Monday, May 4 - No service between Poplar and Beckton
  • Saturday, May 2 to Monday, May 4 - No service between Stratford International and Woolwich Arsenal

Elizabeth line

  • Sunday, May 3 - No service between Stratford and Shenfield until 11.30am

Liberty line

  • Sunday, May 3 - No service between Romford and Upminster until 10.30am

Suffragette line

  • Sunday, May 3 - No service between Gospel Oak and Barking until 9.45am
  • Sunday, May 3 - No service between Barking and Barking Riverside until 12.30pm
