An uninsured driver who hit 99mph on the A406 North Circular has been banned from driving.
Adeamola Bakinson, 31, was behind the wheel of an Audi S7 when he almost reached 100mph on the 50mph stretch in Ilford.
The speeding incident took place at 1am in the morning on February 16.
On Friday (October 13) Bakinson, of Glenmere in Basildon, was sentenced at Romford Magistrates’ Court after he was found guilty of speeding and driving without insurance.
He was fined £200, told to pay £110 in costs and an £80 surcharge.
Bakinson was also disqualified from driving for six months due to repeat offending.
