A Hainault dental practice has marked their tenth year by raising £500 for a Woodford Green children’s charity.
Staff at the Bluebell Dental Practice, in Tomswood Hill, collected the record sum for Haven House after they teamed up for a box collection to mark their tenth anniversaries.
Dr Suki Shakthi said: “We are delighted to support the excellent work carried out by Haven House in this way – and would like to thank our patients for their wonderful generosity.”
Mike Palfreman, chief executive at the hospice in High Road, Woodford Green, added: “A big thank you to Bluebell for this donation; a great way to celebrate our ten years in the local community.
“We rely heavily on the support of local businesses to fund our vital work with local life-limited children and families and this is a great example of that support.”
