A former care home in South Woodford may be turned into eight flats.
English Rose Estates’ plans to covert the Grade II listed building in Glebelands Avenue into flats will be discussed at Redbridge Council’s regulatory committee on Thursday.
The application was deferred on July 29 to allow consultation with English Heritage.
Pensioners had to move out of the care home in 2009 when it was closed and the business was taken over by administrators. It was then used as flats in 2010 before being taken over by English Rose Estates.
The committee will meet at Redbridge Town Hall, Ilford.
