Carrying an eight-inch kitchen knife in public earned 46-year-old Beverley Bath an eight-week suspended prison sentence.
Bath, of Easedale Drive, Hornchurch, appeared at Barkingside Magistrates’ Court on November 5, when she was also disqualified from driving for 12 months after refusing to take a breath test.
In addition, she was ordered to pay £85 costs and an £80 victim surcharge after using threats, abuse or insults in Beaumont Crescent, Elm Park on September 20.
Bath was found with the knife in Beaumont Crescent, also on September 20. She pleaded guilty to all charges. Her prison sentence is suspended for 12 months.
