The woman who died at Redbridge Tube station on Wednesday has been named as 17-year-old Halima Begum.
She was hit by a Central Line train at around 1.45pm and was pronounced dead at the scene by paramedics.
A British Transport Police said her death was being treated as “non-suspicious”.
Friends and family attended her funeral yesterday and a coroner’s inquest has been opened and adjourned.
