An 11-year-old girl escaped a crash involving two cars in Chadwell Heath with only minor injuries this morning.
Ambulances and police were called to the junction of Chadwell Heath Lane and Roxy Avenue shortly after 7am.
The girl was taken to be checked over at the walk-in centre at Queen’s Hospital, Romford, and another two people were uninjured.
Part of Chadwell Heath Lane was closed after the crash and traffic and the 173 bus was diverted.
