The public will have the chance to quiz election candidates tonight at a hustings meeting, billed The Next Generation.
Three candidates, who have not been councillors before, will be on the panel at the meeting held by residents’ group Barkingside 21 at the Aldborough Room at Fullwell Cross Library, Barkingside.
Nathan Pathmanathan, standing in Clayhall ward, will represent the Conservatives, Mike Keahan, standing in Roding ward, will represent the Liberal Democrats and Mark Santos, standing in Hainault ward, is for Labour.
The event, chaired by Recorder editor Chris Carter, will start at 8pm.
