The British Medical Association (BMA) called on junior doctors to join two all-out strikes on April 26 and 27.
Junior doctors at Queen’s Hospital, Romford, and King George, Goodmayes, are set to walk-out from 8am to 5pm doing the twin action days.
There has been three industrial strikes so far in the dispute but for the first time junior doctors will not provide emergency care.
A 48-hour strike was previously planned over those two days, but medics were going to provide emergency care.
Another 48-hour walkout is also expected from 8am on April 6 and junior doctors will attend A&E departments.
The BMA said it will escalate industrial action after a long standing dispute over a new contract, which Health Secretary Jeremy Hunt announced he will impose on junior doctors after months of talks failed to reach a resolution.
At the moment doctors receive a higher rate of pay when working outside of 7am to 7pm Monday to Friday.
The new deal will extend the “normal” working hours from 7am to 10pm Monday to Saturday.
