Children aged five to 10 can develop their riding know-how at the Novice Go-Ride Skills. Sessions cost £10 and bike hire is £5. Pre booking is essential – call 020 8500 9359.
Hainault Forest Country Park, Romford Road, Hainault, 11am to 4pm
Enjoy a donkey ride at Foxburrows Farm at £3 per ride, no advance booking is required.

Fancy yourself a holiday hero? Open to anyone over the age of 14, Volunteer Centre Redbridge has teamed up with the London Ambulance Service to offer basic emergency life support skills training sessions. Beal High School, Woodford Bridge Road, Redbridge, 10am to 3pm
For £10 per day, five to 16-year-olds can turn up to pay and play at Beal’s Easter Soccer School running Monday to Thursday.
