There was lots of fun at a fundraising day held on Sunday, with a fantastic fun fair, glorious games and sensational stalls.
The Al Noor Foundation held the event at Melbourne Fields, Melbourne Road, Ilford which attracted thousands of people.
One of the trustees at the foundation, Sadiq Kothia, said the fun day was excellent despite the weather being slightly overcast.
Mr Kothia said: “It went very well. It was just a really nice all round event with not one ounce of trouble and families mixing and joining in from different communities.”
The day was to raise money for the foundation which runs the Al Noor Muslim Primary School, Green Lane, Goodmayes as well as community projects.
