New single for pop girls Addictive

AISHA Stuart and Louise Bagan, aka Addictive, are back with new single Bad Girl out Monday.

The pair, from Balaam Street, Plaistow, first appeared on the scene with the massive club hit, Gonna Be Mine, which achieved success with a No.1 MTV Base video for three consecutive weeks.

Aisha and Louise first met as children 10 years ago, but it wasn’t until Christmas 2005 at an open mic night that the girl’s realised their shared ambitions.

“I went up to the mic and started singing Silent Night, the Mariah Carey version,” laughs Louise. “Aisha was there, and ‘cos we knew each other I invited her up onstage to join me. We just started vibing off each other. Everyone assumed we were a group already – so we decided to give it a go.”

The girls have already collaborated with a range of hit-makers for their forthcoming album including American super-producer Gordon Chambers (Beyonce, Usher), Corporal ( Rihanna, 50 Cent), and British producer Andy Chatterley (Pussycat Dolls, Kanye West). The as-yet-untitled debut album will be released next year.
