Monaco awards gong for serial killer Fred West drama star Emily Watson

London-born Actress Emily Watson collected an award in Morte Carlo for her role in a drama about serial killer Fred West.

The 45-year-old was named outstanding actress in a mini-series for ITV1 show Appropriate Adult at the Golden Nymph Awards

Prince Albert of Monaco attended the event.

Director General of the Monte Carlo Television Festival Laurent Puons said: “We have been delighted to host some of the most renowned international stars and to award the best of the world’s television talent with the prestigious Golden Nymph.”
