Fifteen teams contested the Dunlop Trophy at Wanstead Golf Club last week in an effort to raise money to promote Junior Golf at the Overton Drive-based club.

The team of Noel O’Dowd, Ruaidhri O’Dowd, James Wilson and Richard Wilson (pictured above) came out on top in difficult conditions after posting 121 points.

Club Captain John Kemp and his team of Steve Johnston, John Pemberton and Gary Cox were runners up.

On Saturday, the David Clark Trophy was won by Wayne Donaldson on countback from Tony Goulden with both players ending up on 37 points apiece.
