PlayFootball, one of the UK’s leading football venues, has recently opened a new centre in Romford and to launch the high quality, modern centre it will host the adidas Predator Cup on Thursday.

Now open for teams to enter, the tournament will start from 6.30pm on Thursday and will cost £20 per team to enter, with all proceeds going to Help for Heroes.

For entering, every team will receive five FREE adidas shirts and there are a number of fantastic prizes on offer, including adidas predator boots and a free season at PlayFootball for the winning team*.

There will also be a guest appearance by a Premier League footballer Matt Taylor on the evening to offer football fans the chance to meet and mingle with a West Ham icon.

The new facility is the complete football experience, offering sporting opportunities to those in the local area.

The state of the art 3rd Generation 5 and 7-a-side pitches are the world’s best artificial, all-weather playing surfaces and the centre also features floodlit small-sided football pitches, changing rooms, on-site parking and a fully licensed sports bar.

Andy Smith, general manager of PlayFootball Romford, said: “We’re delighted to be bringing the latest PlayFootball centre to Romford and what better than a unique tournament to launch the new facility.

“Romford and the surrounding district has a vast number of football clubs and teams and we believe that PlayFootball Romford will offer the community an opportunity to keep fit, compete and most importantly have fun.”

To enter, please call the team on 08455 48 48 48 or email romford@playfootball.net.

The Brand New 3G 5-a-side Romford Centre is located at King George Playing Fields, Eastern Avenue West (A12)

*Free adidas kits on condition of playing in our leagues for one season.

Maximum six pairs of boots to be allocated into the winning team. Boots will only be awarded after the winning team has played in a PlayFootball league for six consecutive weeks. Management reserve the right to refuse entry to the tournament.
