Redbridge chairman Dan Holloway has stepped down with immediate effect.

Holloway had been at the helm for the last two years and worked in partnership with co-chairman Jim Chapman but cited family and personal commitments for his departure.

In a club statement, Holloway said: “This has been a tremendously hard decision for me to make, especially with my love and passion for the club along with all the blood, sweat and tears that has been put in over the past two years.

“Due to personal and family circumstances I am no longer in a position to continue to support the club and take it forward as I had previously hoped to do so.”
