Transfer news: Real Sociedad will present Carlos Vela on Thursday

Arsenal striker Carlos Vela is expected to complete his move to Real Sociedad on Thursday.

The Spanish side have also released a statement revealing that they expect the Mexican to put pen-to-paper on a four year contract.

“Real Sociedad have reached a tentative agreement with Arsenal Football Club for Carlos Vela to play the next four seasons at the club,” it read.

“Carlos Vela is expected to arrive this afternoon to San Sebastian and that, once closed administrative entity to London, start working on the orders of Philippe Montanier.

“The official presentation will take place on Thursday, with the time and place to be specified.
