Transfer news: Adrian Lopez poured cold water on speculation linking him with a move to north London

Arsenal and Tottenham target Adrian Lopez has insisted that he is happy at Atletico Madrid.

The 24-year-old, who is part of Spain’s Olympic side, is linked with a move to north London but is unware of any offers.

“I’m very happy at Atletico and, as far as I know, the only negotiations that are open with the club are regarding my contract renewal. I don’t know anything more about any other offers,” he was quoted as telling Europa Press.

“I have a contract with Atleti and I’ve got three more years here. Now I only want to think about the national team and it isn’t the moment to talk about rumours and things that come out in the papers.”
