After a week off, both teams return to action in the league this Saturday

Wanstead return to action in London Two North East on Saturday, bidding to return to winning ways when they visit Norwich.

The Herons suffered a surprise 32-22 defeat at home to struggling Old Cooperians on their last outing, a defeat which extended their winless run to three league matches.

The Roding Lane North outfit will hope to pick up just a second win since the turn of the year against Norwich on Saturday as they look to put pressure in Sudbury in the battle for second.

Divisional rivals Woodford, meanwhile, will hope to build on a win in their last outing when they host Epping Upper Clapton on Saturday.

The Highams club did their survival hopes the power of good with a 41-34 success at Harlow.

Woodford could climb out of the drop zone this weekend with a win over Epping, providing other results in matches involving their relegation rivals go their way.
