The latest news from the Thomas McCurtains GAA club

The Thomas McCurtains’ hurling team will bid to claim some silverware on Sunday when they face Fr Murphy’s in the final of the London Intermediate Championship.

The match is set to get underway at 2.30pm at the London GAA’s headquarters at McGovern Park in Ruislip.

McCurtain’s men’s footballers also face a crunch clash this weekend as they face Round Towers in the London League Divison One/Two play-off on Saturday.

That fixture is scheduled for a 3.30pm start at Tir Chonaill Gael’s home ground in Greenford.

Saturday also sees the Goodmayes club’s women’s football team take on Holloway Gaels in the London Intermediate League at Downhills Park.

The club are always on the lookout for new players, with Gaelic football and hurling teams for both men and women from under-eights up to adults.
