The O’s look to shake off the agony of last season’s play-off shoot-out defeat

Leyton Orient will make the long journey to Home Park after being drawn away to Plymouth Argyle in the first round of the Capital One Cup.

The O’s will look to bounce back from the heartbreak of last season’s play-off final defeat against Rotherham United at Wembley, but a long midweek trip to Devon to take on the League Two outfit would not have been one they would have chosen.

Russell Slade’s team beat Coventry City 3-2 in last season’s opening round in the competition, before being beaten by an injury-time goal by Premier League Hull City at Brisbane Road.

The O’s have never faced the Pilgrims in the League Cup, but last time they travelled to Home Park in a league match saw Orient win 4-1 back in May 2011.

The match will take place during the week commencing August 11.

The league fixtures will be out tomorrow morning, so check out the website for details.

Having a brand new kitchen is something that lots of people want but can only dream of. Sadly keeping up to date and making our living spaces as nice as they can be is a costly and incredibly stressful business. Even a fresh coat of paint makes all the difference but isn’t easy or quick.

Who wouldn’t love the chance to go on a shopping spree. Imagine being able to walk into a shop and choose whatever your heart desires without having to worry about how much it costs.
