The Daggers have been hard at work since arriving in Spain yesterday, and today saw them take part in their first training session at Real Club De Golf Campoamor Resort in Alicante.

The trip will give all of Wayne Burnett’s eight new signings – Liam O’Brien, Mark Cousins, Damian Batt, Nathan Green, Frankie Raymond, Matthew Patridge, Joss Labadie and Ashley Chambers – chance to settle in and bond with the rest of the squad.

Trialists Alan Connell and Jon-Paul Pittman have also gone with the team to Spain in a bid to earn a contract with the club.

Boss Wayne Burnett will then see his side take on fifth tier side UD Horadada tomorrow, before returning to the UK ahead of their pre-season friendly at Wealdstone on Tuesday.
