Daggers boss John Still delighted to bring duo back to Victoria Road

Dagenham & Redbridge have re-signed Boreham Wood pair Scott Doe and Luke Howell for their first signings of the summer.

The duo had been at Victoria Road until last summer, when they moved to Meadow Park upon the expiration of their contracts.

Doe and Howell have now returned to Daggers, much to the delight of boss John Still, who also first brought them to the club.

“I’m absolutely delighted to bring them back,” the former Luton Town boss told the Daggers website.

“Both are players I consider to be proper Daggers. For whatever reason, they left the club a year ago but have made every effort to reunite with this football club.

“Both players are excited about coming back so we are pleased to have brought them home.”
