The latest news from the Ilford Social Centre Darts League

Loxford recorded an 8-5 victory over Eastwood in the only match in the Ilford Social Centre League this week.

The match also saw a fine score of 160 from Paul Read in his tie, showing great consistency with his three throws.

In the Ilford Social Centre Singles League, there was success for former champion Nick Hood.

The Cruisers thrower eased to a 3-0 victory in his match against Colin Pollock of Barkingside Royals.

The night also saw three 180s thrown, with Pollock one of those to record a maximum.

Also getting the most of out of three darts were Dave Chapman of Cruisers and Sam Hill, who plays for Lainy’s Mob.

It was another fine display of darts from players involved in the league by throwing the maximums.

And those who did record 180s in the Singles keague will hope to take their form into games for their clubs in the coming weeks.
