Sam Saleh won the chance to go on the pitch during a one-day international match between England and the West Indies through the Natwest Cricket Club.

He played the Last Man Stands Super Over - a new form of cricket that allows a full game of cricket to be played in two hours.

Former England player Phil Tufnell was on hand to give Sam some top tips and commentate at the ground in Kennington.

Sam said: “It was an absolutely amazing experience to play out in front of the crowd at the Oval, I’ll cherish it for a long time.

“We’ve played really well today so that makes it all the better.”

With a score of 15, he could be through to the next round of the competition.

The Last Man Stands Super Over continues across the series against the West Indies this summer. To find out more at www.lastmanstands.com
