Warning issued for refugees attending centre in Ilford

A chief executive of a refugee charity has issued a warning to people coming to the centre for help.

Rita Chadha, of the Refugee and Migrant Forum of East London said a new immigration company has opened in the same building as the charity.

A number of people have mistakenly gone to the wrong agency for help.

The Refugee and Migrant Forum do not charge for their services and are stationed on the ground floor of the Cardinal Heenan Centre, in High Road, Ilford.
