UPDATE: Man hit by car in Ilford town centre

A man has been taken to hospital after allegedly being hit by a car near Pioneer Point in Ilford town centre.
It is believed he was involved in a collision with a car at about 12.15pm this afternoon.
One ambulance, three police cars and a single responder attended the scene.
