Little ones limbered up to take part in a circuit exercise class for charity.

To coincide with the 25th anniversary of National Children’s Activity Week, participants at Tumble Tots Chigwell, Victory Hall, Hainault Road, climbed, clambered and caught beanbags to raise funds for children’s charity Tommy’s.

Tumble Tots Chiwell Franchise owner Eszter Schmaler said the event was a great success and they raised lots of money for a good cause.

“Tumble Tots Chigwell has so far raised over a £1000 for Tommy’s and the fundraising keeps going,” she said.

“Children had a lovely time dressing up as their favourite cartoon character in Ben & Holly and Peppa Pig costumes, and had so much fun.”

Every child received a special sticker and a festival flag to colour in at the end of the session.

Eszter added: “Needless to say, parents were very much engaged and enjoyed every minute of the National Children’s Activity Week this year.”
