Abellio Greater Anglia tweeted: “7.39am Gidea Park-Liverpool St (7.41am Romford, 7.52am Ilford, 7.57am Forest Gate) will be cancelled due to a train fault (pantograph damage).”

A passenger being taken ill on a Gidea Park to Liverpool Street train is causing delays into London.

Abellio Greater Anglia tweeted: “Service Update 8.30am - delays up to 15mins and alterations to Metro services via ForestGate due to a passenger being taken ill earlier.”

Rail services between Shenfield and Liverpool Street running through Forest Gate are still affected by delays of up to 10 minutes, Abellio Greater Anglia says.
