Funky Mojoe nightclub can no longer appeal a High Court decision on its licensing hours.

The decision by the High Court in February is now final after permission to appeal the decision expired.

The nightclub, in High Road, South Woodford, must terminate all licensable activity by 11.30pm at weekends and close by midnight.

Redbridge Council’s Licensing Sub-Committee reduced the club’s licensing hours in April 2013 to tackle public nuisance.

Applications for longer hours by the nightclub were repeatedly refused after complaints from residents.
