Trains on the Shenfield to Liverpool Street line were delayed and cancelled this morning because of reports of a trespasser on the tracks.

Two trains were cancelled and there were delays of up to 15 minutes after reports at around 8.40am that there was a trespasser in the Ilford area, according to a Greater Anglia spokesman.

British Transport Police attended the incident and services are now running as scheduled.
