Sexual health services at Queen’s Hospital will be moving to a new location, following developments to improve care.

Team 5, which provides sexual health services at Queen’s Hospital, Rom Valley Way, will now be located on the ground floor of the hospital.

The team’s department will be open in its new home from Friday, December 29.

A spokeswoman from the hospital said: “Patients will see no impact on services provided following the move.

“Patients should look out for the new signage and if they have any problems, staff at the information desk will be happy to help.”

The relocation is part of Barking, Havering and Redbridge University Hospitals NHS Trust’s ongoing development to improve urgent and emergency care at Queen’s Hospital.

To contact the team, call 020 8924 6674 between 8am to 4pm, Monday to Friday or more information can be found on the sexual health page of the Trust’s website: https://www.bhrhospitals.nhs.uk/sexual-health.
