Two people hospitalised after Goodmayes crash

Two people were hospitalised on Saturday after a crash involving two cars in Goodmayes.

A 30-year-old woman was trapped in her car after the collision around 2.30pm in Green Lane.

Firefighters from Ilford and Hornchurch cut her out of the car and she was taken to Queen’s Hospital, Romford, with neck and shoulder injuries.

Another person was also taken to Queen’s Hospital in an ambulance with a hand injury.
