A lorry has hit a house in Gants Hill after colliding with a car on the A12.
The incident in Eastern Avenue, between Beehive Lane and the Redbridge Roundabout, resulted in the road being closed in both directions shortly after noon.
A London Ambulance Service spokesman said a crew treated a woman in her 30s who was complaining of back pain.
The lady was taken to Queen’s Hospital in Romford.
A London Fire Brigade spokesman said they have finished dealing with the accident.
