In High Street, Barkingside, 49 tickets have been issued and 765 have been given throughout the borough.

The bays are intended for businesses to receive deliveries only.

Redbridge Council said it was aware some drivers had been misusing the loading bays in High Street and other areas in the borough.

Drivers parking in loading bays could have to pay £120 in fines if caught, but this is reduced to £60 if paid within a certain time period.
