Goodmayes’ Mayespark Primary School closes as heating fails

Mayespark Primary School is closed today because its heating has failed.
A statement on the website of the school in Goodmayes Lane, Goodmayes, reads: “The heating has broken down at Mayespark.
“Due to the very low temperature today, the school will be closed while we make every attempt to get the problem fixed.”
A group text has been sent to all parents and carers informing them of the closure.
