Excited pupils armed with wellies and hardhats got a chance to glimpse where their new campus will be.

Ilford Jewish Primary School, Carlton Drive, Barkingside will be moving to a new site in time for September 2013.

Four-year-old Nathan Geist, said: “It was fun being on a building site. The diggers are really good. I’m looking forward to when we can come here to school”.

They new school will be part of the King Solomon High School campus in Forest Road, Barkingside.

Headteacher Roz Levin said: “Teachers, pupils and parents are really excited about the new school building and we know the extra facilities and new educational tools will benefit our children for many years to come”.
