The annual event was held at St Peter’s Church, Aldborough Road North, Newbury Park in November, raising £3,838, some of which will be spent on replacing a large number of lime trees around the church grounds.

The old trees, which were around 140 years old and rotten, will be replaced by flowering cherry trees in the spring.
